You have the power to stop suffering in its tracks, build strength, and create meaningful structure amidst the chaos life presents.

Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I am licensed by the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and am passionate about helping people find peace and direction within their lives, no matter what the difficulty may be. I specialize in working with adults facing issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, depression, addiction, and trauma recovery. Whether you are feeling stuck in the past, living in the future, or feeling too anxious to participate in life, you can learn ways to properly cope with unpleasant life experiences and regulate emotions in the present. My practice revolves around identifying and changing self-sabotaging patterns, learning how to think and live differently, finding opportunities when breakdowns occur, and building resiliency.

My integrative approach is straightforward, open, empathetic, and solution-focused. You hold the answers and are the expert in your own life; with therapeutic guidance and direction, you can learn the skills necessary to stop anxiety and negative thoughts regulating unwanted behavior and emotions. I use effective and scientifically based treatment methodologies tailored to your specific treatment plan. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with mindfulness-based and solution-focused based therapies have proven to be most effective in my work. I look forward to working with you!
